Seymour Daily Tribune Anita Faye White Johnson October 18, 2006 Sept. 23, 1945 - Oct. 17, 2006 Anita Faye White Johnson, 61, Seymour, died Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2006, at her home. She was a member of Seymour First Church of the Nazarene. She graduated from Breathitt High School in 1963 and Indiana Business College in 2002. She was retired but had previously been employed with Jacobs Shirt Factory, RCA Factory in Bloomington, Pantasote Inc., Rose Acre Farms (more than 20 years) and ArvinMeritor. Born Sept.23, 1945, in Blue Diamond, Ky., she was a daughter of Gran and Matha Bush White. She was preceded in death by her father, and her mother survives. Other survivors include three children, Danny (Gabrielle) Johnson, New Whiteland, and Tony C. Johnson Jr. and Betty Johnson, both of Seymour; two brothers, Donny Michael (Doris) White, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., and Phillip (Wanda) White, Hazard, Ky.; five sisters, Betty Lois Henson, Frances Lavonne Henson, Rhonda Fern White, Rita Carol White and Teresa Gayle White of Hazard, Ky.; and three grandchildren, Taylor James Forister, Seymour, and Hannah Danielle and Cameron Gabriel Johnson, New Whiteland. She was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Dale White, and two sisters, Rainie Jewel Henson and Debra Jean White. The Rev. Steve Greene will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Thursday at Seymour First Church of the Nazarene. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Voss Chapel, Seymour, and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday at the church. There will be a concluding service at Watts Funeral Home in Jackson, Ky., with burial to follow. Memorials may be given to Seymour First Church of the Nazarene.
