Seymour Daily Tribune Donald "Bob" Johnson September 5, 2006 Donald "Bob" Johnson, 49, Scottsburg, died at 8:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, in Clark Memorial Hospital, Jeffersonville. Mr. Johnson served in the U.S. Navy, he was a member of ABATE and live most of his life in Scott County. He was a forklift driver for Cerro Wire Inc. in Crothersville. Born Sept. 15, 1956, in Scottsburg, he was a son of Jerold Johnson and Patricia (Pound) Johnson, both of whom survive. Other survivors include three sisters, Patti (Allen) Hall and Helen (Fred) Boyd, both of Scottsburg, and Donna (Terry) Gay, Crothersville; four nephews, Geoff Boyd, Jarred Hall, David and Austin Gay; and one niece, Lakyn Boyd. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Johnson on Feb. 27, 1982 and a sister, Tracy Ann Johnson on June 3, 2006. Pastor Steve Wever will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Collins Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Zoah Cemetery, Scottsburg, with full military honors. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to ABATE or the American Lung Association.
