Seymour Daily Tribune December 1, 2006 Ona Mae Kellermeier Oct. 26, 1934 - Nov. 30, 2006 Ona Mae Kellermeier, 72, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2006, at Schneck Medical Center, Seymour. Mrs. Kellermeier graduated from Shields High School and was a cook at Lutheran Community Home for more than 25 years, retiring in 1994. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She took care of her husband and family and loved to garden, arrange flowers and crochet. Born Oct. 26, 1934, in Seymour, she was a daughter of Louis and Inez Hall Topie, both of whom preceded her in death. On June 28, 1953, she married Victor Martin Kellermeier, who died April 4, 1986. Survivors include two daughters, Vickie (Willis) Weddell, Centerpoint, and Teresa (Bruce) Lee, Seymour; six grandchildren, Olivia (Chad) Murphy and Stephanie (Joel) Harris, both of Columbus, Courtney Cessor, Centerpoint, Jeremy (Amy) Brewer, New Albany, and Eric Brewer and Marty Lee, both of Seymour; three stepgranddaughters, Heather (Scott) Rowing, Angel Redmon and Joanna Lee, all of Columbus; six great-grandchildren, Jacob and Madison Murphy, Hannah and Ethan Harris and Kimberly and Galen Cessor; five stepgreat-grandchildren, Alix and Ricky Rowing, Kaitlyn and Joshua Redmon and Kegan Lee; a brother, Leroy (Mary Alice) Topie, California; and a sister, Sue (Roland) Meyer, Reddington. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Topie, in 1963. The Rev. Allen Wolka and the Rev. Jeffrey Stuckwisch will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Monday at Zion Lutheran Church, Seymour. Burial will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Sauers. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday at Burkholder Funeral Chapel, Seymour, and from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at the church. Memorials may be made to Lutheran Community Home, American Diabetes Association or the donor's choice.
