Seymour Daily Tribune Daniel H. Kellum August 8, 2006 Daniel H. Kellum, 75, Norman, died at 12:02 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, 2006, at Bedford Regional Medical Center. He had been in failing health for some time. Mr. Kellum was a Korean War Navy veteran. He worked as a pharmacist in Dalton City, Ill., for Newman Drugs. He was a member of Liberty Christian Church at Norman and had attended Easyville Church of Christ. He was a member of the Columbus Amateur Radio Club. His call sign was WD9FUW. Born May 1, 1931, he was a son of Lawrence and Elizabeth (Longaker) Kellum, both of whom preceded him in death. He married Phyllis Later, who preceded him in death. Then he married Alice (Hilderbrand) Riner, on June 15, 1991, who preceded him in death. Survivors include a nephew, William R. Sanders, Anderson. He was preceded in death by a half brother, William Sanders, and a half sister, Thelma Tindal. Jean Pogue will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Winklepleck-Weesner Funeral Home, Brownstown. Burial will take place at Hickory Grove Cemetery (Lawrence County). Military graveside rites will be conducted. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Hickory Grove Church.
