Seymour Daily Tribune George F. Kloss Jr. October 10, 2006 April 28, 1949 - Oct. 7, 2006 George F. Kloss Jr., 57, of Seymour and formerly of Hope, died at 12:06 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006, at Indiana University Medical Center. Mr. Kloss was a construction worker. He was president of Fort Vallonia Bass Masters and loved to fish. Born April 28, 1949, in Madison, he was a son of George F. Kloss Sr. and Wanda Johnson DeBusk. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives at Hope. On Feb. 28, 1972, he married Susan Shaffer, who survives. Other survivors include a son, Nick Kloss, Seymour; two sisters, Nyoka King, Hartsville, and Kathy Dolan, Columbus; three brothers, Scott DeBusk, Hope, David DeBusk, Hartsville, and Don DeBusk, Grand Rapids, Mich.; a stepbrother, Mike DeBusk, Columbus; and a stepsister, Kathleen Noblitt, Seymour. The Rev. Ed Fryman will conduct funeral services at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Norman Funeral Home in Hope. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Hope Moravian Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Raptor Program through the funeral home.
