Seymour Daily Tribune March 18, 2002 Genieve C. Lutz Genieve C. Lutz, 71, Madison, died at 11:25 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2002, at Jewish Hospital, Louisville. Mrs. Lutz attended First Assembly of God, Madison, and was retired from U.S. Shoe. Born Jan. 19, 1931, in Switzerland County, she was a daughter of Wendell Bennett and Gertrude Oxley. On April 21, 1952, she married Charles O. Lutz, who survives in Madison. Other survivors include four sons, Larry R. Lutz and wife, Vonda, Hanover; Terry C. Lutz and wife, Bonnie, Jeffersonville; Dennis R. Lutz and wife, Debbie, Madison; and Craig Bolen, Pinellas Park, Fla.; a daughter, Linda Harris, South Carolina; five sisters; six brothers; five grandchildren, Catrina Bell, Andy Lutz, Ross Lutz, Amy Lutz and Eric Lutz; three great-grandchildren, Kris Bell, Brittany Lutz and Meghan Geyman; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother. The Rev. Stephen Perry will conduct services at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Vail-Holt Funeral Home, Madison Chapel. Interment will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to a special fund for Dennis R. Lutz.
