Seymour Daily Tribune May 24, 2002 Agnes W. Melloncamp Agnes W. Melloncamp, 77, Seymour, died Thursday, May 23, 2002, at her residence. Mrs. Melloncamp was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Wegan. She worked for more than 30 years for the federal government for the Brownstown Agriculture Soil Conservation Service. She was a 1943 graduate of Tampico High School, Tampico. Born Oct. 2, 1924, in the Wegan community, she was a daughter of Andrew Melloncamp and Lydia Nierman Melloncamp, who both preceded her in death. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Evelyn (Harold) Melloncamp, Crothersville; a sister, Elsie (Jesse) Kovener, Seymour; a niece, Deborah Tatlock, Seymour; two nephews, Larry Melloncamp, Brownstown, and Duane Melloncamp, Cro-thersville; two great-nieces, Jennifer Tatlock, Columbus, and Amy Melloncamp, Seymour; and two great-nephews, Terry Melloncamp and Eric Melloncamp, both of Brownstown. She also was preceded by a nephew, Dennis K. Kovener. The Rev. Kenneth Keily will conduct funeral services at 10 a.m. Monday at Zabel Funeral Home, Brownstown. Burial will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Wegan. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until time of services Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Church Building Fund or to the donor’s choice.
