Martha L. Latta Ballard Miller, 76, of Indianapolis and formerly of Brownstown, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Miller worked as a custodian and bus driver for Brownstown Elementary School. She enjoyed dancing at Roger McCords in Milton, Ky. 
She was born Sept. 20, 1930, in Indianapolis.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmie D. Miller; three sons, Bob (Judy) Boles, Larry Ballard and William Ballard; a daughter, Teresa (Glenn) Thompson; nine grandchildren, Jamie Davis, Melissa Thompson, William, Macy and Larry Ballard, Bobbie, Jamie and Cheyanna Boles and Dawn Radican; 11 great-grandchildren; and a niece, Carol Ann Latta.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin M. Ballard; her mother, Macy Ballard; a son, Alvin M. Ballard; and a brother, Elmo Latta.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indianapolis. Burial will take place at Floral Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
