Claudia Jo (Allman) Murphy
Claudia Jo (Allman) Murphy, 59, of Brownsburg, died Oct. 25, 2009. She was born Sept. 114, 1950, a daughter of Maxine (Burden) and Claude Allman, Jr. She attended Brownstown Central until she moved midway through her eighth grade year of school. She was a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and had been a call center manager for Pitney Bowes in Plainfield for 10 years. She was a devoted mother and grandmother to her daughters, Erin (Chad) Anspach and Amanda (Bryan) Ball also of Brownsburg and her six grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother, Maxine Allman of Florida; sisters Sherry (Glenn) Paul, Iowa, and Elizabeth (Joe) Young, Plainfield; and brother Kim Allman of Michigan. Her remains were cremated and a memorial visitation was at Matthews Mortuary at Brownsburg on Oct. 30.
