Seymour Daily Tribune April 2, 2002 Helen Regina Null Helen Regina Null, 84, of North Vernon and formerly of Cumberland, Md., died at 2 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2002, at Jennings Health Care Center, North Vernon. Mrs. Null was a former member and had been employed as a waitress at the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Frederick, Md. She was a former member of AmVets in Frederick, Md. She had lived in North Vernon 11 months. Born Oct. 16, 1917, in Beans Cove, Penn., she was a daughter of James Donahoe and Bertha Howsare Donahoe. In 1961 in Frederick, Md., she married Norman Null and he preceded her in death May 3, 1981. She is survived by a son, Robert Michael Twigg, Middletown, Md.; a daughter, Bert Uppling, North Vernon; two brothers, James Donahoe, Clearville, Penn., and Daniel Donahoe, Cumberland, Md.; two sisters, Marie Williams, Latrobe, Penn., and Jean Gaber, Pittsburgh, Penn.; eight grandchildren including three granddaughters, Robin Brown, North Vernon, Renee Reks, Noblesville, and Rachel Hall, Brownsburg; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Freda Logue, Lucille Lindner and Loretta Moore. George Uppling and John Penn will officiate funeral services at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home, North Vernon. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Frederick, Md. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Jennings County through the funeral home.
