PATE. Mrs. Oma Pate, wife of Louis Pate, who has been sick for two years died Thursday night, July 12, at her home south of Leesville and was buried at Leesville at the Shields cemetery Saturday afternoon at three o'clock, followed to her last resting placee by a large concourse of sorrowing relatives and friends. She leaves five sons and one daughter, two sisters and two brothers. Her husband preceded her seven years ago. She was a kind, good christian woman, and the neighborhood will feel her loss. Her age was 71 years, 8 months and 7 days.
