Seymour Daily Tribune - May 3, 2006 Hugh Francis Randall Feb. 16, 1938 – April 30, 2006 Hugh Francis “Bud” Randall, 68, North Vernon, died Sunday, April 30, 2006, at his residence. Mr. Randall had been a custodian at North Vernon Elementary School, retiring in 2003 after 30 years. He was a member of Seymour Christ Temple and enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, gardening and ginseng hunting. Born Feb. 16, 1938, in North Vernon, he was a son of Waldo and Alice Nevada Davidson Randall, both of whom preceded him in death. On Aug. 18, 1973, in North Vernon, he married Darlene Jo Emily, who survives. Other survivors include two sons, Baron Scott Bullard, Commiskey, and Mark Anthony Randall, Vernon; two daughters, Starlene Surrency, North Vernon, and Lauralee Crane, Seymour; a brother, Waldo Lou Randall, North Vernon; two sisters, Jackie Joanne Rockey, Vernon, and Sue Green, North Vernon; and nine grandchildren, Robert Walls III and Dillon Walls, both of North Vernon, Joshua Randall and Danae Randall, both of Cookeville, Tenn., Emma Bullard, Samuel Bullard and Liam Bullard, all of Commiskey, Dalton Randall, Vernon, and Nevada Crane, Seymour. The Rev. Dennis Allman will conduct funeral services at 2 p.m. Thursday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home, North Vernon. Burial will take place at Vernon Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
