Shawn Michelle Reagan, 36, North Vernon, died Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006, at her residence.
Mrs. Reagan was a 1988 graduate of Jennings County High School and attended Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado. She was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving from 1988 to 1990. She was a nursing assistant at Convenient Care in North Vernon. Prior to that she was a nursing assistant in Columbus, operated a day care at her home and was a lifeguard for the city pool. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, North Vernon, and enjoyed baby-sitting, swimming, photography and watching children's sports.
Born March 7, 1970, in Indianapolis, she was a daughter of Timothy McKenna, who survives in Texas, and Deborah Knight, who survives at Butlerville. On March 2, 1995, in Indianapolis, she married Billy Reagan, who also survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Jacob and Joshua Reagan, and two daughters, Courtney and Jennifer Reagan, all of North Vernon; her stepfather, Dan Pohle, Butlerville; her stepmother, Jana McKenna, Texas; a brother, Tim McKenna, Texas; and two sisters, Trisha Spende, Wisconsin, and Felicia McKenna, Texas.
The Rev. Stephen Donahue will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home, North Vernon. Burial will take place at Vernon Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. A Rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Memorials may be given to the Reagan Children Trust Fund.
