Pvt. Herschel A. Rose


Pvt. Rose's Remains Will Arrive Monday.
Remains of Pvt. Herschel A. Rose, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert F Rose, of this city, will arrive in Seymour on the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad the night of Monday April 11, from Columbus, Ohio, a telegram received here states. 
Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Pvt. Rose, a paratrooper, was killed in action December 21, 1944, in Belgium, and was first buried overseas.
