William Lee Ross
William Lee Ross, 31, Butlerville, died at 3:40 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2002.
Mr. Ross was a 1988 graduate of South Ripley High School. He was a member of the Campbell Township Fire Department in Butlerville and worked for Jennings Water, North Vernon Water. He was currently working for the City of North Vernon. He enjoyed 4-wheelers, hunting and fishing.
Born July 5, 1970, in Greensburg, he was the son of Raymond Ross and Margaret Ross, who both survive in Holton. On May 31, 1994, in Jennings County, he married Michele Lynn Gunter and she survives in Butlerville.
He also is survived by three daughters, Chelsie Renee Gunter, Brittany LeeAnn Ross and Christina Lynn Ross, all of Butlerville; two sons, Jonathon Lee Ross and Ryan Lee Ross, both of Butlerville; and two stepsisters, Theresa Jones, Commiskey, and Lori York, Seymour.
Claude Fouts will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pickett Funeral Home, North Vernon. Burial will be at Butlerville Cemetery, Butlerville.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to his children’s scholarship funds.
