Frank L. Royalty Sr.

Frank L. Royalty Sr., 72, died Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006, at Clark Memorial Hospital, Jeffersonville.
Mr. Royalty was a native of Casey County, Ky., a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and was retired after 34 years of service from Jeff Boat, Jeffersonville.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Helen M. Wolfe Royalty; four children, Frank L. (Cheryl) Royalty Jr., Debbie Ann (Ronald) Jackson, Tina S. (Phillip) Tate and Scott E. (Melinda) Royalty, all of Elizabeth; four brothers, Thomas (Carol) Royalty, Montague, Mich., Ralph (Flora L.) Royalty, Morris Royalty and Sammy (Bootsie) Royalty, all of Crothersville; a sister, Emmerine (Don) Mitchell, Freetown; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mildred Wilson Royalty; brothers, William, James, Joe (J.C.) and Christee Royalty; and two sisters, Geneva (Ila Mae) Muncy and Margaret Harrigan.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Bethesda Cemetery, Elizabeth.
