Donald Lee Sager 
1932 - 2009 
Donald Lee Sager, 77, Seymour, passed away at 7:45 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Hoosier Christian Village.
Mr. Sager attended Cox School on Chestnut Ridge and graduated from Shields High School in 1953. He operated his family's five-generation farm and loved his animals.
Born Feb. 13, 1932, in Seymour, he was the son of Wilma M. Waldkoetter, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include his cousins, Melvin Coryea, Seymour, Helen Pickron, Florala, Ala., Alberta (Kenneth) Wineinger, Medora, Carmon (Ialleta) Coryea, Columbus, Barbara (James) Longelin, North Vernon, and Barry (Sally) Sage, Seymour.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Earl "Bud" Sager, and two aunts, Elma Coryea and Edna Sage.
The Rev. Larry Arrowood will conduct funeral services at 10 a.m. Thursday at Burkholder Funeral Chapel, Seymour. Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
