The Tribune Seymour, Indiana Friday, January 26, 1900 Page 3 SAPPINGTON-C.C. Sappington died Thursday night at 9 o'clock at Tampa, Fla., aged about 38 years. Mr. Sappington was agent of the Pennsylvania here two years. and was transferred to Chicago to act as clerk in the office of H.R. Dering, assistant general passenger agent of the Pennsylvania system. Some time ago his health began failing and he and his wife went to Tampa hoping for his improvement. While there he was stricken with paralysis which was the immediate cause of his death. His brother, O.B. Sappington, who is now the agent here, left for Tampa Wednesday night. The remains will be taken to Madison, his former home for burial.
