Norma Ruth Speckner
April 8, 1923 – Sept. 22, 2005 
Norma Ruth Speckner, 82, Seymour, died at 8:40 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, at Covered Bridge Health Campus, Seymour.
Mrs. Speckner was employed with the Shirt Factory in Seymour and L.S. Ayres in Indianapolis. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Born April 8, 1923, in Peru, she was raised by her grandparents, Ed and Emma VonFange, both of whom preceded her in death.
Survivors include three children, Ronald (Mary Clare) Speckner, Debbie (Bill) Shubert and Randy (Sherry) Speckner; eight grandchildren, Ronnie Speckner Jr., Dale Speckner, Darin Speckner, Jeremiah Speckner, Sarah Semmes, Travis Shubert, Shane Shubert and Tammy Lyons; and two sisters, Margie Dagonia and Jean Reed.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The Rev. Ralph Blomenberg will conduct funeral services at 1:30 p.m. today at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour. Burial will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
