B.F. Price has a telegram from Asheville, N.C. announcing the death of his niece, Mrs. Nellie Wallace Starnes, nee Price, who passed away at 3 o'clock Saturday evening, February 20, 1897, aged some twenty-eight years, with brain trouble. She was partially raised in Seymour and was held in high esteem by all.
