Seymour Daily Tribune - July 04, 2005 Rosie Stuckwisch Feb. 25, 1940 – July 3, 2005 Rosie Stuckwisch, 65, Brownstown, died at 2:45 a.m. Sunday, July 3, 2005, at her residence. Mrs. Stuckwisch worked at Nolting’s Foods for 23 years, worked at Silgan Plastics, Seymour, and also worked at Central Pharmaceuticals, Seymour. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Brownstown. Born Feb. 25, 1940, in Leslie County, Ky., she was a daughter of John Brock and Susie Hoskins, both of whom preceded her in death. On Oct. 10, 1958, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Sauers, she married Franklin W. Stuckwisch, who died March 20, 2001. Survivors include two sons, Frank Stuckwisch Jr. and Robert Stuckwisch, both of Brownstown; three brothers, Clyde Brock, Brownstown, Cecil (Gloria) Brock, Bedford, and Bige (Tonya) Brock, London, Ohio; three sisters, Virgie (Tom) Allman, Brownstown, Cathy Verba, Medora, and Goldie (Richard) Goens, Norman; and a granddaughter, Katrina Stuckwisch, and fiancé Eric Farley, both of Plainfield. She was preceded in death by four brothers, John Brock Jr., Dempsy Brock, Walter Brock and Ingram Brock. The Rev. Jeff Geisler and the Rev. Jack Belk will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Brownstown. Burial will take place at Lutheran Cemetery, Brownstown. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Brownstown, and from 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the church. Memorials may be given to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Playground Equipment Fund.
