Blake Keith Swinford
Blake Keith Swinford, 2½, Crothersville, died at 3:40 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2002, at his home.
Blake attended Victory Tabernacle Church.
Born Nov. 17, 1999, in Cleveland, Tenn., he was the son of Brandon Humph-reys, who survives in Cleveland, Tenn., and Brandy Swinford, who survives in Crothersville.
He also is survived by a brother, Tyler Swinford, Crothersville; four grandparents, Jessie and Melody Swinford, Crothersville, and Dodie and John Rogers, Cleveland, Tenn.; a great-grandmother, Dorkus Rattledge, Athens, Tenn.; two uncles, Derrick Shubert and D.J. Swinford, both of Crothersville; two aunts, Tiffany Rogers and Fallon Sneed, both of Cleveland, Tenn.; and several great-aunts and great-uncles.
Kelly Reed will conduct funeral services at 1 p.m. Sunday at Adams Funeral Home, Crothersville. Burial will be at Uniontown Cemetery, Uniontown.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today or from noon until time of services Sunday at the funeral home.
