Carol Louise Taylor

Carol Louise Taylor, 72, Columbus, died at 3:50 p.m. Friday, July 14, 2006, at her residence.
Born May 26, 1934, in South Bend, she was a daughter of William and Martha Linback Rankin, both of whom preceded her in death. On Feb. 15, 1954, in Columbus, she married Joseph Taylor Jr., who survives.
Other survivors include one daughter, Crystal (Daniel) Self, Seymour; one sister, Jean Fonseca, Mishawaka; and three grandchildren, Cara and Kayla Hunnicutt, both of Seymour, and Erica Self of Clarksville, Tenn.
The Rev. Ralph Blomenberg will conduct funeral services at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Myers~Reed Dignity Memorial Chapel, 25th St., Columbus. Burial will take place at Garland Brook Cemetery, Columbus.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of South Central Indiana.
