Adria Ann Waskom died at birth at 11:24 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, 2006, at Schneck Medical Center, Seymour.
She was the daughter of David Lee and Stacey Jo Heckman Waskom, Jr., who survive.
Other survivors include two sisters, Laken Lee and Kaylee Jo Waskom; maternal grandparents, Michael and Cheryl Heckman, Seymour; paternal grandparents, David and Sharon Waskom Sr., Crothersville; paternal great-grandparents, Ernest (Mary) McMahan, Brownstown; her uncles and aunts, Todd (Jessica) Heckman, Seymour, Andrew (Daphne) Waskom, Crothersville, and Clinton Waskom, Crothersville; and two cousins, Hunter Heckman, Seymour, and Brady Waskom, Crothersville.
The Rev. Eldon Brandt will conduct private graveside services Thursday at Riverview Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the donor's choice in care of Burkholder Funeral Chapel, 419 N. Chestnut St., Seymour, IN 47274.
