Lena L. Watson
Lena L. O’Hara Watson, 84, Brownstown, died at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2002, at Memorial Hospital in Seymour.
Mrs. Watson was a waitress.
Born on March 4, 1918, in Brownstown, she was the daughter of William Tidwell and Nellie McCory. On Feb. 22, 1999, at Brownstown, she married John Watson. He survives. She lived in Arizona for 15 years and spent most of the rest of her life in Jackson County.
Other survivors include two children, Rosa Nell Fish, Brownstown, and Shannon Wehrkamp, Seymour; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Maude Dowling, Seymour.
A brother, Jack Sullivan, preceded her in death.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Vallonia Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Hoosier Christian Village. Arrangements are being handled by Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia.
