Seymour Daily Tribune February 27, 2002 Beulah Irene Weddel Beulah Irene Weddel, 92, Medora, died at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2002, at Memorial Hospital, Seymour. Mrs. Weddel was a homemaker and was a member of Medora Christian Church. She was a graduate of Tunnelton High School. Born Sept. 7, 1909, in Lawrence County, she was a daughter of Alfred Wesner and Alma Wicker Wesner. On Feb. 8, 1933, at Bedford, she married Mancil Weddel, who died Feb. 10, 1968. Survivors include four cousins, James Wesner, Maggie Ellen Dixon and Wilma Allen, all of Bedford, and Dorothy Wesner Plummer, Medora. She was preceded in death by a sister, Gladys Cecil. Chaplain Ken Jurgens will conduct services at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hague Funeral Home, Medora. Burial will be in Dixon Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Dixon Chapel Cemetery.
