Seymour Daily Tribune January 12, 2007 Henry Patterson Weisner July 23, 1908 - Jan. 13, 2007 Henry Patterson "Hank" Weisner, 98, died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007, at Lutheran Community Home, Seymour. Mr. Weisner served two terms in the U.S. Army, from 1927 until 1933. He owned and operated Weisner Painting and Decorating and was employed as a painter for 50 years. He was a member of the Moravian Church in Summerfield, N.C. Born July 23, 1908, in Summerfield, N.C., he was a son of Sim J. and Alma Sutton Weisner, both of whom preceded him in death. Survivors include a sister, Mary Brown; many nieces and nephews, all of Sanford, N.C.; and also his extended family, Wayne, Barbara and Karen Brooks, all of Seymour. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Victor and Sim Weisner, and two sisters, Ruth Stigall and Cora Lee Buscari. The Rev. Rosa Harris will conduct funeral services at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Burkholder Funeral Chapel, Seymour. Burial will take place at Reddington Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Rockford United Methodist Church, Jackson County Humane Society or the donor's choice.
