Seymour Daily Tribune May 25, 2002 Ora Bell Wilson Ora Bell Roberts Wilson, 87, Crothersville, died at 8:13 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2002, at Seymour Memorial Hospital, Seymour. Mrs. Wilson worked for 11 years at the U.S. Shoe Corp. as a cut out stitcher. She attended Crothersville First Baptist Church. Born June 26, 1914, in Loudon, Tenn., she was a daughter of William Elias Roberts and Mattie Elizabeth Brown Roberts, who both preceded her in death. On Dec. 29, 1929, she married Maynard Clay Wilson and he died July 6, 1987. She is survived by three sons, Bill Wilson and Garland Wilson, both of Crothersville, and Bob Wilson, Bulan, Ky.; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She also was preceded by a son, Lloyd Wilson; three brothers, Nellis, Fred and Gillis Roberts; and three sisters, Bertha Brown, Glendon Littleton and an infant girl. The Rev. David Schill and the Rev. Jon Pearce will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Monday at Adams Funeral Home, Crothersville. Burial will be at Crothersville Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until time of services Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Crothers-ville First Baptist Church Building Fund.
