Norma Wright services Tuesday

Norma Wright, 70 of 308 Bethany Road, Crothersville, died at 11:25 p.m. Saturday at Jackson County Schneck Memorial Hospital after an illness of nine weeks.

Mrs. Wright was a homemaker and member of Bethany Baptist Church.

Born Oct 5, 1922, in Seymour, she was the daughter of William and Olive Martin Alexander.  One Oct 5, 1940, she married W. Eugene "Babe" Wright, who preceded her in death on Nov. 18, 1986.

Survivors include four sons, Wayne Wright of Columbus, Don Wright of Austin, Dan Wright of Crothersville and Jon Wright of Scottsburg; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The Rev. Jesse Blythe will conduct services at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Kovener and Sons Funeral Home, Crothersville, with burial to follow at Crotherville Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at teh funeral home.  Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
