Seymour Daily Tribune Shirley A. Zellner July 20, 2006 Shirley A. Zellner, 77, Seymour, died Tuesday, July 18, 2006, at Greenwood Health and Living Center, Greenwood. Mrs. Zellner was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She worked at Grote Manufacturing, Shields Junior High School in the cafeteria and Blazer Industries, retiring in 1987 from Zellner Distributing, a self-employed petroleum business, after 13 years of service and was a member of the Elks Auxiliary in Seymour. Born Aug. 10, 1928, in Seymour, she was a daughter of Francis and Josephine Marie Railling Heacock, both of whom preceded her in death. On July 3, 1946, she married Vaughn E. Zellner, who survives. Other survivors include one son, Larry W. (Deborah) Zellner, Greenwood; two grandsons, Brad Allen Zellner, Indianapolis, and Timothy Wayne Zellner, Southport; one sister, Sue Carol Clifford, Greenwood; three step-grandchildren, Iva Gawel, Allegan, Mich., Loretta Casler and Larry Michael Vaughn, both of Hastings, Mich.; four step-great-grandchildren; one niece, Jackie Jay, and one nephew, Rodney Clifford. The Rev. Mike Seaney will conduct funeral services at 1 p.m. Friday at Voss Chapel, Seymour. Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from noon until time of service Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, or donors choice.
