Gerald Zink, 85

The brother of Judy Kauffman and Mary Anderson of Bluffton, Gerald G. Zink, 85, of Columbus, Ind., died Friday, Oct. 22 at his home.
He was the former owner of Zink Construction and was co-owner with his wife of LaVaughn's Children's Shop for 28 years.

Other survivors include his wife, LaVaughn, of Columbus; a son, Gary G. Zink of Columbus; two brothers, Bill and Richard Zink; and four grandchildren.

Services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Sandy Hook United Methodist Church in Columbus, with calling two hours prior to the service. Preferred memorials are to the Hospice of South Central Indiana. Arrangements are being handled by Myers Funeral Home, Reed & Jewell Chapel in Columbus.
