Levana, daughter of George and Myrtle Grimes was born November 3, 1896,
departed this life August 21, 1897; aged 9 months and 18 days. She was one
of those lovely little babes whose very smile won for her the friendship of
all who saw her, and while she lay in the casket she looked like a sleeping
angel.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in the Pleasant
Hill Church in the presence of a large sympathizing congregation. Sermon by
Rev. G. B. Garner.
