DOROTHY E. SWEIGART AUSTIN, 81, of Kokomo, formerly of Portland and Fort Wayne, died Wednesday at Manor Care Nursing Home, Kokomo.
Born in Portland, she was a retired practical nurse and home health care provider. Her husband, Kenneth, died in 1986.
Surviving are a son, Ronald L. Gunden of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Judith G. Cohee of Kokomo; a half brother, William Sweigart of LaGrange; five grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Services at 4 p.m. today at Williamson & Spencer Funeral Home, Portland
Chapel, with calling two hours before services. Bural of cremains in
Bluffpoint Cemetery, south of Portland.
