D. J. Williamson taken by death
Darwin J. Williamson, 70, a funeral director of Portland for more than 50 years, died Suddenly at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday at the home of a son, Darrell, Portland route 1. He and a brother-in-law, Paul Spencer, operated the Williamson-Spencer funeral home.
Surviving are his wife, Alta; four other sons, Hamor, Verl, Leoris and William, all of the Portland area; three sisters and 16 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where friends may call after 1 p.m.
