Wayne.
Born in Portland, she was branch manager at Union Bank,
Portland. She was treasurer of the Jay County Heart Fund.
Surviving
are a son, Brian of Indianapolis; two brothers, Richard Price of Portland
and William Price of Port Huron, Mich.; and two grandchildren. Services at
10 a.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church. Calling from 1 to 4 and 5 to 8 p.m.
