Stacy Adams
Stacy Todd Adams, 47, 12138 Willow Drive, Dunkirk, died Friday at Ball Memorial Hospital.
Born in Muncie to Carolyn Joyce and Adrian Thomas Adams, he was a 1981 graduate of Jay County High School .
He is survived by his wife Samantha Rae (Godbey) Adams. He worked as a supervisor at Air Management Technologies Inc. in Muncie and was a member of Dunkirk Sons of the American Legion Post No. 227 and Dunkirk Moose Lodge. Surviving besides his wife are his mother Carolyn Joyce Adams Armstrong (husband: Delmar), Dunkirk; a son, Jerrick Adams (wife: Jessie), Bloomington; a daughter, Amanda Adams, Redkey; two stepdaughters, Misty Prater, Trenton, Ohio, and Heather Prater, Camden; a stepson, Jason Prater, Camden; five sisters, Teresa A. Sain, Joyce Boggs (husband: Pat) and Joella Goen (husband: Steve), all of Muncie, Teri Johnk (husband: Steve), Washington, W.Va., and Denna Sumwalt (husband: Larry), Jacksonville, N.C.; two brothers, Bob Adams and Danny Adams, both of Dunkirk; two grandsons and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are Wednesday at 2 p.m. at MJS Mortuaries Dunkirk Chapel with Pastor Randy Davis officiating.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Redkey. Visitation is Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be sent to Dunkirk American Legion Post No. 227 or Dunkirk Moose Lodge.
