Goldie "Moretta" Eads, 88, of Berne, IN, passed away at 7:55 PM on
Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born
on Wednesday, June 15, 1932, in Wells County, IN. She married Larry Eads on
Saturday, January 12, 1980, in Portland, IN. Moretta was a 1950 graduate of
Petroleum High School. She enjoyed working with flowers, playing piano, and
knitting.

IN., Son - Garry (Julie) Foltz, Bay City, MI., Daughter - Eugenia Brewster,
Decatur, IN., Son - Timothy (Lanice) Foltz, RoAnn, IN., Son - Ken (Rhonda)
Foltz, Bryant, IN., Daughter - Lou Ann (Dale) Langstaff, Ontario, Canada,
Stepdaughter – Kimberly McDonald, Cedar Rapids, IA., Brother - LeRoy
(Elaine) Harshman, Pennville, IN., Sister - Wilma Baumgartner, Fort Wayne,
IN., Brother - DeeWayne (Marcey) Harshman, Fort Wayne, IN., Sister - Brenda
(Al) Harshman, Hamilton, WA., Brother - David (Rhonda) Harshman, Rochester,
IN., and Brother - Paul (Diane) Harshman, Fairmount, IN.
She was
preceded in death by her Father - Ralph Harshman, Mother - Nancy (Swartz)
Harshman, Sister - June Kerns, and Son in Law - Michael McDonald.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Downing & Glancy
Funeral Home 100 N Washington Street Geneva on Friday, June 11, 2021, from
12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
A service to celebrate her life will be at
Downing & Glancy Funeral Home at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 12, 2021 with
Pastor Dave McClellan officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest in
Redkey.
