James A. Bedwell, 91, of Sevierville, TN, formerly of Pennville, IN.
passed away at 9:34 AM on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Sevierville Health &
Rehab. in Sevierville, TN. He was born on Monday, May 5, 1930, in Blackford
County, IN. He married June Marie (Taylor) Bedwell on Saturday, August 30,
1952 in Pennville, IN. James was a graduate of Montpelier High School. He
was a member of the Gumstand Baptist Church, Pigeon Forge, TN. He worked for
Farm Bureau Elevator, Hartford City, IN, Kerr Glass, Dunkirk, IN, Caylor
Nickel Medical Center, Bluffton, IN, and for Walmart in Sevierville, TN.
James lived in Pennville, IN. for many years before moving to Sevierville,
TN. in 1995. He was a member of Glass Bottlers Union, and enjoyed making
jewelry, square dancing, fishing, painting pictures, hunting, and bird
watching.
He will be sadly missed by his Wife - June Marie (Taylor)

in Law - Rick Clabo, Brothers - Harold Bedwell, Max Bedwell, and Sisters -
Nona Volz, & Peggy Stairs.
Family and friends may gather to share and
remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W. Windsor St. Montpelier, IN.
on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
A service to
celebrate his life will be at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on
Thursday, May 27, 2021 with Pastor John Kellogg officiating. Interment will
follow in the Twin Hill - I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Pennville. Military rites
will be conducted by the U.S. Army.
