Robert L. Meyer, Sr., 35, of 2605 Reed St., died Tuesday night at
the Clinic Hospital, Bluffton.
Mr. Meyer, who had been ill for some
time, was born in Decatur and lived here six years. A service station
attendant, he served in the Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He was
a member of the South Side Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving are his
wife, Margaret; two daughters, Karen and Theresa, and two sons, Richard and
Robert Jr., all at home; and his mother, Mrs. Helen Upp, Portland.
Friends may call after 7 pm today at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home where
services will be at 10 am Saturday, the Rev. Russell Shalley and the Rev.
Kenneth Timmons officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery, Pennville.
