This is a picture of Mary E. (Johnson) Burke,
daughter Lulu Leota and Thomas W. Burke. They married in Jay County, Indiana Nov. 17,
1867. Mary is the daughter of Israel T. Johnson and Mary Ann (Phipps) Johnson. T.W. Burke is the son of Levi Burk and Eliza Jane (Williams) Burk. T.W. Burke served in the Civil War 11th Cavalry of Co. B., 126th Regiment Indiana Volunteers. He was Commissary Srgt. His Family moved to Jay County Indiana in the spring of 1852 Submitted by:Cindy Fluri |
