Last Will and Testament of John Reves, deceased 233
I, John Reves, of Indiana Harbor, City of East Chicago, Lake County, Indiana, being of sound mind and disposing memory, hereby make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, and hereby revoking all former Wills and Codiciles and Testamentary papers
by me.
FIRST, I order and direct, that my Executrices hereinafter named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as practicably may be. SECOND. I, give devise and bequeath to my, only Two (2) beloved Daughters; Mary Kozari and Helen Kovacs, share and share alike equally, my Real Estate known as Lot 21 Block 2 in the First Addition to Indiana Harbor, City of East Chicago, Lake County, Indiana, and which is better known as 3731 Main Street, Indiana Harbor, Indiana, and also my Real Estate which is located in the City of East Gary, or as it is sometimes known Gary, Indiana, or wherever it, or any of it may be found or located belonging to me.
THIRD: I further give, devise and bequeath to my Daughters, Mary Kozari and Helen Kovacs, in equal shares and share alike, all my personal property, Money, Gold Bonds, Stocks, or shares of stock belonging to me, or to which I may have the right to dispose of at my death, wherever it may be found or located or deposited by me for safe keeping or on interest bearing deposits.
FOURTH" I further give, devise and bequeath to my beloved Grand-Children: Joseph Reves, the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars; Lucille Reves, the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars nd to my Grand-child, Mary Reves, the sum of five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, and I, further order and direct all the money herein stipulated to all my Grand-Children, which amounts to the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) dollars, shall be deposited in the United States National Bank of Indiana Harbor Indiana, and so deposited, be held there in trust for each of them until each of them arrives at the age of Twenty-one (21) years, and upon reaching said age of majority, each child
individually may withdraw his own share herein alloted to him. And the rest and residue of all my property of whatever kind and nature, both real and personal, to which I am entitled, or which I may
have the power to dispose of at my death, I give devise and bequeaath to my daughters as set out in this my last Will and Testament, and I hereby appoint my Dauthers; Mary Kozari and Helen Kovacs the sole executrices of this my last Will and Testament.
