Cornelius Lybarger = family files show him being born in 1801 in Bedford, PA and dying in La Porte Co., IN - in 1875. He may or may not be buried
in Union Mills Cemetery. No stone marks his grave. However, in earlier readings there was a marker for his second wife, Olive (Ewing) Lybarger.

1m.
Nancy Eagley wed in Pennsylvania circa 1824 - Nancy had 3 children:
Andrew born about 1825 in PA and died 1897 La Porte Co., IN burial at Union Mills Cemetery.
A sister was Christina (David) Soper born 11 Jan 1829 she died in Porter Co., Indiana  11 Feb 1911 - David's dates are 12 Feb 1823 to 21 Aug 1892
both buried in Chesterton, Indiana. - She had two children: George and Henry.
Another sister was Susanna born about 1831  and unknown married name. Possibly died in Nebraska

2m. Olive Ewing born about 1807 in Ohio and wed in 1836 in Ohio -  She was the daughter of John and Lucy (Williams) Ewing.
She died 2 Jan 1851 at age 43  yrs 10 months and is buried in Union Mills Cemetery. 
There were two known children to this marriage. George Washington Lybarger 14 April 1838 and died 9 Nov 1911 in Polk County, Nebraska - Civil War stone and flag holder.His wife was Harriet
Matilda Sargebt at Russell Creek . OK.   Was the daughter of Thomas and Telitha (Crance) Sargent. Burial at Morgan along with Telitha's mother.
And another son William Henry Lybarger who was born 22 Aug 1840 and died in Nebraska 27 June 1924.

3m. Mahala Mann born about 22 Aug 1833 in Pennsylvania  daughter of Henry Mann. they were married in La Porte County 15 Feb 1855  and she died 5 May 1888
They had the following Children:
Cornelius born 1858 La Porte County, IN and died 1918 burial at Kingsbury Cemetery
Minor M. Lybarger born abt 1860  in La Porte County, IN. She died in 1888.
Hulda Lybarger born about 1862 this county
Leeta birth 1864
Lovina birth 1865
Rosabella birth 1867
Ida A. birth 1869
A large portion of this family went West. Some went to the next county of Porter, Indiana and others went to Nebraska.
