Abraham Page was the son of Michael and Catherine Ann (Leiter) Page. He was born in Berks County, PA on 29 April 1790 and died in Union township, La Porte County, 14 August 1855. . In his youth he moved to Muncy Township, Lycoming County PA where in about 1812 he wed Christiana Fribley who lived 1794 to 1841 buried in Lycoming County, PA.

To this union the children that we know of were:

Abraham (1813-1888) , married Henrietta Duitch and they remained in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania

Sarah - (1816 - ? per family trees) was 34 years of age and living with her father in the 1850 census in La Porte County..

Anna - (1823-25 Oct 1904 Freeborn, Minnesota wed 12 Mar 1844 in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania to William H. Rathmell born 5 May 1820 also in Lycoming County.  Ann can be found living in her father's household in the La Porte 1850 census, while her husband  went to California for 2 years and then returned to La Porte County, where they remained farming for the next 25 years until they went to Iowa and eventually to Shell Rock, Freeborn County, Minnesota, where they live out the remained of their lives. They had 3 children. Mary E. Sarah J and Henry C Rathmell.

Abraham's second marriage was to Elizabeth Davis Dorland (born 12 October 1806) wed June 1843 in Lycoming County and she died the next year in 6 October 1846 after arriving in La Porte County. Elizabeth was the daughter of George Dorland and Mary Culbertson who also came to La Porte County in the early day.

This was shared with me by a genealogist who is doing a study on the Dorland family.
In the 1850 Federal Census LaPorte County, Indiana under Abram Page shows a listing there is a Woods Page born 1845 in Pennsylvania and died 1855 in La Porte County. I believe this is Thomas Woods Page, son of Abraham and Elizabeth (Dorland) Page - burial Kingsbury Cemetery.

Abraham then married for a third and last time to Anna (Roberts?) James in  Indiana born N. Carolina lived 1810-1888
Anna brings her two sons, Nicholas and William James into this family.
They had the following children
Morris - November 1847 -1925   Morris moved to Kalamazoo Michigan
Milton Whitehead 1851- 1929 (Shares stone with mother at Patton Cemetery)
Carrie N. (Caroline) Page 1855 - 1907 (Shares stone with mother at Patton Cemetery)
More on Anna Roberts James Page - supposition of comparing Indiana marriages - We find that an Anna Roberts wed John James on 20 October 1836 in Cass County, Indiana. Then in 1840 John James with female and 2 males under 5 years of age appears in the 1840 La Porte County, Fed. Census. Either or more probably death occurred and Ann then marries Abraham Page between 1845 and 1847.

Many of the above lived out their lives in La Porte County and may be found in Patton, Pine Lake and Kingsbury Cemeteries
