COLORED MAN SHOOTS ANOTHER

Robert Fairchild, 35, colored, formerly of this city, is in the Lawrence County jail to answer to a charge of shooting with intent to kill or murder. Last Sunday he shot and probably fatally injured R. D. Crunes, 21, also colored, at Mitchell. Family differences caused the trouble.
