MISS CAROLINE ERWIN
BEDFORD WOMAN'S DEATH

A beautiful life came to a close Sunday at noon when Miss Caroline Erwin of Bedford yielded to the final summons and passed from suffering into eternal rest. Death came to Miss Erwin at the Presbyterian Hospital, Chicago, where for over a period of years she had at intervals been cared for and where she had been receiving treatment for the past few weeks.

MRS. NELSON JOYNER DEATH AT BEDFORD

The death of Mrs. Nelson Joyner at her home in Bedford last week is announced in a dispatch to The Telephone. She had been ill for some time and had only recently returned from Florida.

The Joyner family lived on North College Avenue in Bloomington several years ago, then moved back to Bedford. There are two children. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and aged about 55. Mr. Joyner is one of the superintendents for the Indiana Limestone Co.

NEAR BEDFORD WOMAN KILLED BY AN AUTO

There was an auto tragedy last night at Bedford when Mrs. Emma Richardson, 68 years old, wife of James Richardson, grocer of Englewood, suburb of that city, was fatally injured in being struck by an automobile driven by Miss Agnes Hunt of Mitchell. She died three hours later in the Dunn Memorial Hospital. She is survived by the husband and four children. No blame was attached to Miss Hunt.
