LAND SALE

By virtue of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, Indiana, on the 10th day of May, 1856, I wll offer for sale at public vendue, at the Court House door in Bedford, the following lands belonging to the heirs of Benjamin K. DOUTHITT, deceased, viz: The e hf of the s w qr. of sec 11, t 5, n r 1 w, except so much thereof as lies west of the Bedford and Bloomington State road. Also, all that part of the w hf of the w w qr of said section which lies east and northeast of said State road, in Lawrence county.

TERMS.--One third of the purchase money will be required in cash; one third the first day of March, 1857, and one third the first day of March, 1858. The purchaser or purchasers executing notes with good security, waiving valuation laws.

By virtue of an order of the Lawrence Court of Common Pleas, I will on and after the 10 day of May, offer for sale at private vendue, the following real estate, belonging to the minor heirs of Robert WOOD, deceased, towit: All that part of sec 28 in t 5 n of r 1 w, which lies south of White River, containing about 27 acres; also, the n e qr of the n w qr of sec 4, in t 4 n of r 1 w, containing 40 acres, all situated in Lawrence County, Indiana.

TERMS OF SALE.--A credit of six and twelve months will be given for the purchase money, payable in equal installments, the purchaser or purchasers executing notes therefor with approved security, bearing interest from date, and waiving recourse to valuation laws.

By virtue of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, made at the last April term of said Court in the case of Reed C. MOORE vs. David REED, wife and others in partation, appointing me a Commissioner for that purpose, I will, on the 10th day of May next, on the premises, offer at public sale to the highest bidder a tract of land containing 83 90 100 acres, being part of sec 17 in t 3 n of r 1 e, lying in Lawrence county, on the following terms, to-wit; One fourth in hand, one fourth in six months, one fourth in nine months and the balance in 12 months, the purchaser giving his note with good freehold security payable as aforesaid, without the benefit of valuation laws.
