DIVIDES PROPERTY BY LOT

Jack Tourner, a well known Lawrence County farmer, has taken a novel method in dividing up a track [tract?] of land containing 250 acres among his children, each one to get more than 20 acres. The land was surveyed and mapped out in ten sections, each section was numbered, and the children are to draw a number sealed up in an envelope to determine where his or her track of land is located. This method is taken so that there will be absolute fairness and satisfaction attending the division of the land.
