GENERAL STORE BURNED.

Loogootee Sentinel:  During the heavy rain and electrical storm which visited this county Monday night, the general store of Alfred Treadway at Windom, Lost River township, was struck by lightning and, burned.  The loss amounts to about $3,000.  Mr. Treadway had no insurance on the property.  The heavy rain which was falling at the time is all that saved Mr. Treadway's residence, which stood nearby, from catching fire from the burning store building.
