Darlington -- Mrs. Charles BEAL returned home Tuesday from a 10-day visit at   Detroit, Michigan with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. I S McDuffie.   While there she attended the golden wedding anniversary of her   parents at the home of her sister, Mrs. Floyd Summers, Bowling   Green Michigan on Saturday March 17. The color scheme was yellow   and green daffodils and roses being used. The center piece for   the table was yellow roses sent by a daughter of Mr. and Mrs.   McDuffie, Mrs. Harry Wilson of Denver Colorado who was unable to   attend. Mr. and Mrs. McDuffie are the parents of six children and   all were present except the one daughter and one grandson. During   the day many letters and telegrams of congratulations were   received from relatives and friends. Many beautiful gifts were   received. Charles Beal attended and Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Smart of   Ohio but who formerly lived here also attended the golden   wedding [anniversary].

Note: Isaac moved quite often and am not real sure he ever lived here.  kbz

Note 2:  He was born 7 January 1858 Marshall County, Indiana and died 6 Jan 1942 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.

According to findagrave his father was Wesley McDuffee and Mary Jane his mother (no maiden name given)
