McMAKEN, W.G., PO Lane, Farmer and Stock Dealer, son of Robert
Ward and Julia C. McMaken, was b. Sec 17, July 2,1 843; marr.
Amelia SMITH Dec 30, 1863 and has two children, Andrew and
Robert. He is the present owner of the homestead where his father
first settled in 1830, having purchased the interests of the
other heirs.
